AQUIRA LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is a 100% Filipino-owned company that was established in 2021 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. We specialize in the development of socialized, low-cost, and economic mass housing, aiming to create economic housing communities that are accessible to people of all income levels.
At AQUIRA, we firmly believe in providing opportunities for everyone to live in high-quality and affordable homes that offer better access to employment, education, and transportation. Our approach involves offering competitively-priced housing options that enable individuals to live closer to their workplaces and educational institutions. As a company, our goal is to undertake as many social and low-cost housing projects as possible, given our available resources.
Currently, AQUIRA is actively engaged in two projects. One of our projects is located in Tanay, Rizal, while the other is situated in Mexico, Pampanga. These projects reflect our commitment to developing housing communities that cater to the diverse needs of individuals and families, while promoting economic stability and sustainable living.
